Flycutting
The semiconductor mounting surface on all liquid cooled
heatsinks is flycut to provide an ideal mounting surface of
large area isolated base devices. The second surface will be
grained to remove extrusion die lines and graphite
discoloration if necessary or flycut if devices are to be
mounted. |
