In developing Aquasink, R-Theta Thermal Solutions, Inc.
constantly kept in mind the many comments and observations of
design engineers. We are pleased to report that, with the
assistance of many of our thermal customers, we have been
able to overcome a large number of the current liquid-cooled
heatsink limitations, which have created unnecessary design
and manufacturing problems.
Because of Aquasink's very robust construction there is no
further need to be concerned with copper pipes breaking away
from the grooves. It is impossible to loosen Aquasink's
copper pipes. Our patent pending embedding process means that
the pipe is both permanent and protected. The integrity of an
Aquasink pipe is never compromised by fly cutting,
guaranteeing that an Aquasink will survive the most rigorous
of pressure tests.
With the thermal impedance of glue or other bonding agents
removed from our manufacturing process, Aquasink provides
constant and dependable thermal performance, unit after unit.
The variable quality of a glue interface has been completely
eliminated resulting in a high degree of production
consistency.
Aquasink is available with 1/4", 3/8" and 1/2" nominal pipe
sizes allowing us to respond to your thermal requirements
rather than you responding to a manufacturing limitation.
Within a broad mechanical envelope, Aquasink can be custom
made for any given requirement. You design as is required and
we compliment your work rather than presenting you with more
constraints.
The embedding process employed to manufacture Aquasink allows
you to mount electronic components on both sides of the
cooling plate with equal thermal efficiency. Quite literally,
this can cut your thermal dissipation area in half or double
the amount of power you can use in any given volume. This
will result in smaller production units, which are very much
in demand by your customers.
Aquasink's variety of parallel and series configurations of
liquid flow allows you to choose the liquid cooled
environment, which suits your specific design requirements.
We address your pump and heat exchanger demands rather that
you designing around the limitations of a heatsink.
