Overview
If you have determined that Fabfin characteristics using
copper do not meet your needs we offer a soldered solution
for a fin spacing of 3mm (0.118”), and a fin thickness of 1mm
(0.040”).
There are no limitations on fin height but we do recommend
installing a spacer bar at the fin tips for fin heights
greater than 100mm (4”).
There is no limitation on baseplate thickness over 13mm
(0.5”). Minimum thickness on smaller heatsinks is 9mm
(0.35”).
Maximum width is 508 mm (20”).
Maximum length is 813 mm (32”).
