Overview
If you have determined that Fabfin characteristics using
aluminum do not meet your needs we offer an adhesive solution
for a fin spacing of 3mm (0.118”) and a fin thickness of 1mm
(0.040”).
There are no limitations on fin height but we do recommend
installing a spacer bar at the fin tips for fin heights
greater than 100mm (4”).
There are no limitations on baseplate thickness over 13mm
(0.5”). Minimum thickness on smaller heatsinks is 9mm
(0.35”).
Maximum width of a single piece is 508mm (20”).
