Temperature Cycling

To determine the reliability of the metal displacement process both the FF & MF series, all aluminum, Fabfin assemblies were tested by an independent third party laboratory. The results showed that extensive temperature cycling, from -40 deg.C to +120 deg.C, and one time heating to +350 deg.C, had no adverse effect on the performance of the heatsink.
