To realize the potential of Web-based interactive design tools, R-Theta® introduced R-Tools® some years ago as a free online thermal modeling tool for heatsinks. This year, R-Theta is introducing a new version of R-Tools which is based on an advanced three-dimensional numerical model.
This new version is currently available by browsing to http://www.r-tools.com/ and completing the login instructions.
